He later joined one of Amazon’s top 100 companies, deepening his knowledge of the full business cycle, from product development to final delivery.
In recent years, Emiliano has led the acquisition and transformation of multiple Amazon businesses. Under his leadership, each has seen sustained growth thanks to his expertise in operations, logistics, and advertising.
Today, as CEO of Invictus Associates, Emiliano leads the strategic vision of the firm, guiding portfolio companies toward their full potential and ensuring solid, sustainable returns for investors.

After more than two decades at the highest levels in Buenos Aires, Argentina, every company Lucas was involved with achieved a 10x expansion in sales in under 4 years.
In 2010, he joined his father, José Kohon, establishing and expanding Estudio Kohon, a real estate firm in Buenos Aires. At that time, it was building a single 20-unit apartment building; over the next 15 years, it delivered more than 1,000 apartments across 20+ buildings.
Currently, the firm has 14 active projects totaling over 1,000 apartments under construction, with an approximate market value exceeding USD 100 million in sales, making it the number-one real estate firm in Buenos Aires.
The experience gained working in Argentina is unique and unparalleled, having withstood every type of economic and political crisis over the last 25 years, including currency devaluations, inflation, tariffs, and sudden rule changes, always delivering on promises and keeping one’s word in the face of any unpredictable external situation.
